• Allow individuals to set goals or targets
• Allow managers to set group goals and targets

The Feistim Product will contain the following features:
• Correlate outputs versus inputs
• Weekly, monthly and yearly goals tracker
• Calendar of games or monthly events
• Provide dashboards and reporting mechanism to individuals and managers
• Wellbeing and wellness check
• Online payment method
• The ability to interact within teams

Feistim’s approach is to offer a unique point of differentiation in comparison to other performance applications. All inputs (efforts) and outputs (performance) can be inserted or tracked without the use of third-party applications. Also, the application is flexible and easily customizable based on individual, groups or team needs.
The purpose of the inputs is to have them defined in any of three ways:
1. A manager defining individual inputs (efforts)
2. An individual defining their own initial inputs (efforts)
3. Selecting from a list of frequently used performance indicators

Individuals and managers will be able to track the relationship between inputs versus outputs over a period of time in an effective visual format. Users inputs (efforts) versus outputs (performance) are displayed on an X versus Y Axis. Managers or players can simply track and measure a correlation from an individual’s input’s versus outputs. Managers and players will be able to refer to positive and negative correlations between inputs and outputs which can be accessed at ease.

Current performance metrics and statistics are managed manually on a number of platforms. Feistim’s overall goal is to provide individuals, teams and organizations with an easy to use accessible application that can monitor inputs (efforts) & outputs (performance) without the use of third-party applications. The Feistim application will allow users to track and measure training inputs (efforts) and outputs (performance). It will also all users to analyses and correlate inputs versus outputs to see the effect specific efforts have on performance outcomes.

Feistim will also include a chat feature to allow individuals and groups to interact with training plans, videos or goal sharing. Current most teams manage this through other methods where the information shared is not confidential and a number of sporting organizations have deemed from a GDPR perspective to be not compliant when used for official communications, Feistim will not have this issue.

All of the existing competitors often require a user “partnership” rather than the user working the app autonomously, which Feistim will allow.

Feistim will also, in the age of increase remote working and training, be a valuable tool for a manager to monitor individuals performance and wellness when they cannot attend the office or perform group training activities

In the future, Feistim will have the capability to integrate, as per API, with other performance measurement applications like and indeed any client application once an API agreement is reached. Initially, Feistim will be focusing on individual and teams sports but the scope for exploring the corporate performance and challenge space and is already being considered.
